Refund and Returns Policy

At EASTRU, we want you to love what you wear. If for any reason you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we’ve made our return and refund process simple and hassle-free.

Eligibility for Return & Refund

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
  • Products should be in their original packaging with all tags and labels intact.
  • Refund/return requests must be initiated within 7 days from the date of delivery.

Return Process

  1. Contact our customer service team at support@eastru.com with your order details.
  2. Once your return request is approved, we will provide step-by-step instructions.
  3. Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returning the item.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you about the status of your refund.

Refund Timeline

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
  • Refunds will be credited back to the original method of payment (UPI, credit/debit card, wallet, etc.).
  • In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer/UPI.

Non-Refundable / Non-Returnable Items

  • Intimate wear, innerwear, and certain accessories (for hygiene reasons).
  • Products marked as Final Sale or Limited Edition.
  • Customized or personalized items.

Exchange Options

  • Instead of a refund, you can also opt for an exchange (subject to availability).
  • If the requested item is out of stock, you may choose another product of equal value or receive store credit.

Important Note

  • Sale or promotional items are eligible for exchange/return only if they meet the above criteria.
  • EASTRU reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time, so we recommend reviewing it at the time of purchase.
