Eligibility for Return & Refund
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
- Products should be in their original packaging with all tags and labels intact.
- Refund/return requests must be initiated within 7 days from the date of delivery.
Return Process
- Contact our customer service team at support@eastru.com with your order details.
- Once your return request is approved, we will provide step-by-step instructions.
- Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returning the item.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you about the status of your refund.
Refund Timeline
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
- Refunds will be credited back to the original method of payment (UPI, credit/debit card, wallet, etc.).
- In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer/UPI.
Non-Refundable / Non-Returnable Items
- Intimate wear, innerwear, and certain accessories (for hygiene reasons).
- Products marked as Final Sale or Limited Edition.
- Customized or personalized items.
Exchange Options
- Instead of a refund, you can also opt for an exchange (subject to availability).
- If the requested item is out of stock, you may choose another product of equal value or receive store credit.
