- Orders are processed within 24–48 business hours of being placed.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
- Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an email/SMS with your order details.
2. Shipping & Delivery Timeline
- Standard delivery within India: 5–7 business days (depending on location).
- Metro cities may receive faster delivery (3–5 business days).
- Remote and rural areas may take longer (7–10 business days).
3. Shipping Charges
- Free shipping may be offered during promotions or on minimum order value (if applicable).
- Standard shipping charges, if any, will be displayed at checkout before payment.
4. Tracking Your Order
- Once shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email/SMS.
- Customers can track their orders through the courier partner’s website or tracking link shared.
5. Delays in Delivery
- EASTRU is not liable for delays caused by courier companies, weather conditions, natural calamities, strikes, or any events beyond our control.
- We will, however, provide full support to track and resolve such issues.
6. Address & Delivery Attempts
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information (name, address, contact number).
- If the delivery fails due to incorrect information or customer unavailability, re-delivery charges may apply.
7. International Shipping (if applicable)
- Currently, EASTRU ships within India only. International shipping will be announced soon.
